    My oil change was done in a timely way and a leak was addressed. I was told to make another appointment in about two weeks to check on the leak. Which I will do.

    When I purchase my vehicle 3 oil changes and tire rotation was included. I got there signed the paperwork that showed $0 owed. Then upon check out they advised me of $125 fee. I was asked if i had my lease contract with me(of course not). The dealership was under new ownership and no one was willing to make any accommodations. After displaying my frustration, they finance manager wanted to tell me how I could enroll in other programs and earn points. Finally after 1 hrs of back and forward he agreed to 20% off. Then when trying to pay with my points the service representative didn't know how to apply the points. This entire process was 2 hrs after my vehicle was serviced. Terrible and careless customer service. I would never return to this location seeing this is the second unpleasant experience with Advantage Dealership. Unsatisfied customer, Yolanda Howard
